Since then the history of may be the most problematic district of Smolevichy Forestry has started. Until 2000 the area of the district was large – it stretched to the Mount of Glory and a highway Airport-Raubichy in the west, to a highway leading to Vitsebsk and Zhodino-Deniski in the north, to the forests of Borisov firing ground and Zhodino Forestry in the east, to old Moscow highway in the south. A part of areas reached Domoshany. Because of its dispersedness the forestry covered almost half of Smolevichy region. Only in 200 its part was separated as Yurievo Forestry District was formed. The work got a little easier, but not much. Nowadays the total area of the Forestry is 4 211 ha. The area covered with wood is 3 221 ha. There are 12 rounds in the forestry. So, the forestry is quite new with very little history. Nowadays its area is 8 216 ha, among them covered with forest – 6 809 ha.
